Highlights from Baseline Survey of CBN’s Image Perception Survey

Using @PrlResearch’s proprietary tool, the #ImagePro11 (IP-11) workbench, the table above is an extract from #CBNImagePerceptionSurvey, shows how the apex bank was rated on the 11 key attributes. The table shows that based on a 4-point scale, the @cenbank was rated highly on all the tested attributes, which included the following: Passion Brand Integrity Respect Corporate Governance Pride Fairness Caring Dependability Trustworthiness Friendliness and Brand Heritage
